RSVP & CANCELLATION POLICIES: Cancellation of a credit card RSVP will incur a $10 fee. To avoid fee, transfer your RSVP to a future meeting no later than noon Friday before the event, contact board secretary Ellen Hull, (520) 620-1241, ehull@mac-sa.org. Members who RSVP with check or cash will be billed if they fail to cancel with the secretary by noon Friday before event. Attendees without an RSVP are not guaranteed seating and may be charged an extra $10.
