Debra will offer those responsible for hiring and well as for those wanting to retool their careers in a new direction – or who are looking for that first job – a way to define job requirements and match experience, skills and personality for an optimum fit.

Debra Thompson, president of TG & Associates, LLC, is an international speaker, consultant, hiring coach and author. TG & Associates specializes in the human side of business by providing human resource services and customized recruiting services for small businesses throughout the United States and Canada. In addition to her work for TG & Associates, Debra is the general manager for Allegra Print & Imaging.

 

Debra’s most recent book, written with Bill Grief, is “No More Rotten Eggs: A Dozen Steps to Grade AA Talent Management.”
